Meet the Chef

Chef David Strano is a graduate of the Academy of Culinary Arts. He has worked in the food service industry for over 30 years. Working as both and Executive Chef and a Corporate Chef, his experience includes both casual and fine dining. His most recent position was Executive Chef of Red Square at the Tropicana in Atlantic City. During his 8 years, he was awarded “Best Casino Restaurant” and was the only casino restaurant to be given “4 Stars” by The Press of Atlantic City. He was a Corporate Chef for 10 years with Planet Hollywood developing and assisting in their growth globally during the 90’s. He is a passionate chef that is determined to continually exceed the expectations of the guests that come to enjoy great food.
